Link loving for the week

Wow I can’t believe we made it to friday! Oh should I say Fri-Yay!.. Enjoy and have a fantastic weekend – here’s what we’ve been reading this week.

Well being

Keen to try some yoga? Check out this great blog and video series on the Merrymaker Sisters website from Danielle. Its a great yoga flow (the first in a series you’ll be able to watch and try). Read Danielle’s post to learn how yoga can empower you and then try out the slow, gentle practice to twist, bend and stretch your body! Talk about refreshing the body and mind!

Adventure

Who wants to stay here!

Career

Okay – this isn’t strictly a career post – but it really made me laugh. As a strategy to promote his new film Unfinished Business, Vince Vaughn and his co-stars have teamed up with Getty Images to pose for a series of ‘office stock photos’ – You know the ones that you see on your work intranet, in the annual report – those happy people watching a presentation while sitting around a board room table! You can download them for free – check them out here:

Interiors

I love reading this blog – Style Curator. Beautiful images, great interviews and fun how-tos. If you’re a block fan you’ll love Gina’s weekly posts on room reveals – a must read. Check out this post on home decor trends coming our way:

Gorgeous

Now that I’m in my 30s I have a better handle of my body shape and what I look good in – I no longer buy those ‘bargain’ tops – that I get one wear out of, but focus on buying pieces that I’ll wear again and again – investment pieces. I like this post as it shows how a wardrobe with a few key items can be on trend and take you across the seasons.

Love

These charts on being in your 30’s are sooo funny! Made me laugh out loud!

Nourish

This weekend I’m trying this simple, but ultra delish pasta meal, as featured on Cup of Jo:
