Geometric rainbow

By Lucy Dore This season a big trend is geometric patterns that use a rainbow colour pallet. Read how to get the look with angular lines in diamond and triangle shapes, balanced by neutral bases. I love colour. However sometimes I find it overwhelming to introduce colour into my home without it looking like a techno-colour fail. When I moved into my home, every wall was painted a different colour, so my husband and I ended up painting every wall a shade of white. It made the space light, bright and flow from one room to the next. But it looked a little clinical. So we introduced colour in our home accessories to show our personality. I’m a big believer that you can introduce colour through carefully selected home wares without it clashing.

Gorgeous post Lucy! Love your eye for colour and totally agree that bold and colourful geometric prints are a big trend for 2015.
